Return & Exchange

FlorasDresses wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by Florasdresses within four business days of receipt of order.
You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless Florasdresses is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.

You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.	Waist This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it`s an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.	Hips This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.	Hollow to Hem This is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front, with bare foot ). You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.
